About the Role Property is at the heart of how our cities and regions grow — from education, living and aged care to retail, commercial and community infrastructure. We’re looking for a General Manager of Property to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen client partnerships, and lead a talented team across a diverse portfolio of projects. This is a senior leadership role where you\'ll shape how property projects are delivered in WA, working closely with government, institutional and private clients to deliver outcomes that matter. What You'll Do Provide strategic leadership across WA’s property portfolio. Grow and nurture client relationships, driving long-term partnerships. Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team. Ensure programs are delivered with excellence — on time, on budget, and with impact. About you Proven senior leadership experience in Property sectors (including Social Infrastructure, Commercial Property & Residential). 10 years' experience in construction project management, preferably client-side or in consultancy. Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at executive and government levels. A track record of successfully leading large, complex projects and programs.
